Navin Tries to Gain Political Following by Tarnishing SAJ's Reputation with Lies

At a public meeting held in Vacoas on Friday, the Prime Minister Dr Navin Ramgoolam, revealed that Sir Anerood Jugnauth (SAJ), during his presidency, had asked him to cover up the MedPoint saga following the resignation of six Mouvement Socialiste Militant (MSM) ministers from the Government.

Ramgoolam said: “SAJ told me to cover up the investigation and in return five ministers will again join government and Maya Hanoomanjee will be out. But, I refused to do so.” This is a statement from Ramgoolam so its authenticity must be questioned as he is known to be a compulsive liar and a playboy.

On my part it is my adamant conviction that this government is the worst one, the most incompetent we have had since our independence. The sooner we get rid of it, the better. This is my opinion. We are in a democratic country. It is my right to think in this way. It is immaterial to me whether you are agreeable to my line of thinking or not.

Anyone without political blinkers, will tell you that the country is heading headlong to the dogs, especially with the mountain of scandals, fraud and corruption, the total absence of law and order, with a minimum of one brutal crime per week along with a gold medal for drug trafficking on the African Continent. If as Prime Minister, with all the powers he holds, he has been a flop in redressing the situation in the country, who will believe that he will be able to steer the ship of the state to bon port with a presidency with full powers! “ExceptĂ© so ban avaler koulev!”

Yes there may have been a scandal involving  the MSM but I can assure you Ramgoolam was fully involved in the scandal to tarnish the reputation of the party. Now SAJ is back to business he will surley put these tyrants behind bars and adress the issues for the people of Mauritius.

Why has your online Newspaper ceased appearing since these 5 last years?
From what I have read so far, I gather it was intended to offer a platform, a Voice to the Hindus of Mauritius. So why this sudden silence?
