Please Navin Do Not Sell our Coastal Road and Public Beach

The Residents of Mon-Choisy Challenge Ramgoolams Government "Please don't sell our coastal road" the proposed road diversion is actually a privatization  of the public beach" - for nearly 2 years locals have challenged the decision. The case lodged at court by the inhabitants of Mon-Choisy arguing that this road is not on the original plans of the company. An application has been made to the authorities  to injunction  any further destruction to the area. After several attempts at court,  Judge Eddy Balancy, who herd the complaint, has finally delivered his verdict in 2012, rejecting the request of the inhabitants of the Mon-Choisy to be declined.Seayu Ltd has also pointed out that it had all the necessary permits, including authorization for the expansion of "Common Road" leading to further changes to  Mon-Choisy.
Many questions raised by this scandal, especially as the main Beneficiary of the diversion road is none other than the hotel Tarisa Resorts, led by Leckhram Nundlall also director of Triolet Bus Service (TBS ) Ltd,  who  is very close to the current central government of Ramgoolam.Contacted by the Press, Leckram Nundlall did not want to answer, arguing that it is not aware of any proposed diversion from the coastal road of Mon-Choisy.
